Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented  Pick and Pack Associates  to join our warehouse team. This role involves working in a  secure facility that handles firearms and firearm-related products , requiring accuracy, attention to detail, and strict adherence to company and legal compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Pick products from inventory shelves based on order sheets.
  • Pack items carefully to ensure secure and safe delivery.
  • Verify product numbers, quantities, and order details for accuracy.
  • Prepare shipments with proper labeling and documentation.
  • Assist with inventory control, restocking, and general warehouse duties.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience a plus, but not required—training available.
  • Must have  no felony convictions  and  no drug- or violence-related misdemeanors .
  • Comfortable working in a facility where firearms and related products are stored and shipped.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand / walk for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic.
  • Must follow warehouse dress code :   casual attire (no offensive shirts or tank tops / wife beaters) and closed-toed shoes required.
