A company is looking for a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee financial strategic planning, budgeting processes, and long-range financial plans

Partner with Accounting and functional leads to standardize financial reporting and enhance monthly reporting processes

Build and manage a high-performing FP&A team while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a high-growth company

Deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling techniques

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights

Strong business acumen to understand and influence business strategy
