A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle release of information account issues with internal and external customers
Process medical record requests and document inquiries in multiple platforms
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while meeting productivity and quality assurance expectations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
Experience with multi-line phone systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
One year of experience in data entry, medical records, or insurance claims processing is beneficial
Ability to pass annual HIPAA examination and a 90-day ROI Certification course
Compliance with health screening and vaccination requirements as needed
