A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support for their solution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line telephone technical support and troubleshoot basic customer problems
Accurately record cases and establish case priorities while managing an individual open case queue
Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
At least one year of previous phone technical support experience
Understanding of remote tools and basic networking
Previous enterprise / mid-sized software support or delivery experience preferred
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and programs
Knowledge of banking practices is helpful
