ASAP - Ongoing Need

2 Providers Requested

3 clinic days / 2 OR days

24 / Hr. Call Coverage 8am-8am

30 Minutes call response time required

Clinic Hours : 8am-5pm / Friday 8am-1pm

Half day on Fridays

7-12 days office call

7-10 days unassigned ED call

Bread & butter ENT procedures (T&A, tubes)

Admissions Required

Hospital Stroke Certified

3-5 Patients Per Shift

10 Beds in Facility

Board Certified / Board Eligible Required

Active VA License

EMR : Athena / MediTech
