What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead one or more project work streams within the Healthcare HR Talent & Culture team to solve business challengesCollaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutionsConduct data collection and complex analysis to identify gaps and develop sustainable recommendations for improvementSummarize and present findings and recommendations to Huron and client leadershipSupervise and mentor junior project team members, providing coaching and performance feedbackWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum of three years of experience in consulting, Human Resources, or healthcare Human Resources operationsUnderstanding of Total Rewards programs, including compensation, absence management, and benefitsKnowledge of Human Resources operating models and key business processesTeam leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and performance managementHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
