This highly respected blue-chip multidisciplined EPC company is currently seeking a proven Construction Monitoring Manager for a large-scale solar power plant project in Indiana. This is a perfect opportunity to gain exposure to the renewable industry and contribute to building sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Construction progress monitoring and reporting
  • Construction and materials logistics surveillance
  • Monitoring all field aspects of the EPC contract obligations

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering (Construction Management, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) or related field
  • PE or ability for PE licensure is a plus
  • CM experience of 10 years (minimum)
  • Expert in Construction Monitoring or Construction Management of large projects
  • Experience working with document control platforms (Procore or similar)
  • Understanding of, and experience with all facets of construction contracts
