Supervisor

The ideal candidate for this position has active LCSW or equivalent and will obtain independent licensure in 2 years.  What You’ll Be Doing You will provide leadership and management of the Family Centered Treatment Program (FCT), where staff provide in-home therapeutic services to families using the FCT evidence-based national model.  Hybrid Role, 20% Remote Work.  Your Main Priorities While additional responsibilities are likely to arise on the job, you will primarily :

• Lead an engaged and enthusiastic team of 8 staff (Trainer, Practitioners, and a Community Health Worker) in their delivery of FCT in-home clinical services to families throughout the state.
• Ensure that the team provides high quality care and maintains timely and accurate documentation.
• Provide program staff with weekly supervision, provide field supervision as needed, and provide on-call supervision, not limited to crisis and coaching as appropriate.
• Work with team members in diagnosing clients and formulating treatment plans.
• Oversee the census billing process, reviewing for accuracy and completing appropriate forms.
• At times, carry a small caseload and deliver services to family / families in need.
• Develop relationships with referral sources by working closely with DCYF staff, providing both formal and informal FCT presentations to community partners.
• Support the team in the implementation of FCT-Recovery, an FCT component that tailors the in-home family work to meet the needs of adults and youth struggling with substance use.
• Maintain documentation for caseloads and track fidelity and adherence to the FCT model.
