AR Specialist

JOB DUTIES :

• Prepare client invoices and ensure they are accurate, complete, and submitted promptly.
• Enter all money received for outstanding items on the AR schedule.
• Ensures proper handling and coding of vendor and customer invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve billing issues.
• Communicate with customers / vendors as needed.
• Implement effective credit control measures to ensure accounts are paid on time.
• Problem-solving and problem resolution.
• Creating Spreadsheets and finding issues.
• Other related duties as assigned.
