Job Description : Architectural Project Manager (Multifamily)

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in architectural design with a focus on multifamily projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revit.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (equivalent experience considered).
  • Licensed Architect in one of the 50 states (financial support provided for reciprocity in Washington).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp / Enscape, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles.
  • Ability to lead project design with minimal oversight.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative team approach.

    • Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with design intent and regulations.
  • Review and approve design concepts, plans, and drawings.
  • Implement quality control procedures to maintain design integrity.
  • Develop project schedules and manage budgets.
  • Serve as the main client contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
  • Stay current on design trends, technologies, and tools.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage entitlement / permitting processes.

    • Compensation Package

    $130,000 - $150,000 / year

    The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based on a candidate's experience and the geographical location of this position.
