Company Summary : Looking for a Senior Building Envelope Project Manager to join a reputable building envelope consulting firm in Seattle. This position offers the chance to work alongside a trusted team with decades of experience in exterior building envelope systems.

The Senior Building Envelope Project Manager will be responsible for :

  • Conduct thorough site inspections and condition assessments of existing buildings, focusing on roofing, waterproofing, and other envelope systems.
  • Oversee construction operations to guarantee well-executed, high quality finished product
  • Collaborate with team to ensure successful project delivery and completion
  • Maintain organized project documentation and establish strong business relationships with clientele

The Senior Building Envelope Project Manager should have the following qualifications :

  • Relevant degree : Architecture Engineering or General Contractor
  • Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
  • Must have one or more relevant qualifications : RRO, REWO, RRC, REWC, RWC
  • 8+ years experience
