Job Title : Paylocity HRIS Analyst / HR Generalist
Location : Farmington Hills, MI (Hybrid_ Must be local to Metro Detroit, MI)
Duration : Long term (Contract to Hire)

Job Summary : This dual-function position is responsible for managing and optimizing our HRIS platform (Paylocity) while also supporting day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems and generalist functions, with a passion for improving processes and supporting employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
HRIS Analyst DutiesLead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of Paylocity.Act as the primary point of contact for system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations.Train employees across multiple locations on system functionality and reporting tools.Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for HR metrics and decision-making.Provide daily HRIS support to all U.S. locations.Support compensation processes, including payroll integration and reporting.Collaborate with Payroll and Accounting teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.Assist with labor trend analysis and HR data audits.Participate in cross-functional HR projects and provide backup support to other HR team members.HR Generalist DutiesAdminister HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Manage full-cycle recruitment : job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and leave administration.Support performance management, employee relations, and internal investigations.Coordinate employee training and development programs.Assist with benefits and 401(k) administration.Promote a positive work environment and lead community engagement initiatives.Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.Qualifications
Education & ExperienceBachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1 5 years of experience in HRIS and / or HR Generalist roles (Master s degree with 1 4 years also considered).Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms is strongly preferred.Background in data analysis, reporting, and system administration.Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.Benefits administration experience is a plus.Additional RequirementsMust pass background checks and pre-employment screenings.No Need of Visa Sponsorship.Dheeraj Galav
