Job Description

As a Security Professional - Unarmed Industrial Patrol in Fairless Hills, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your presence and routine patrols will provide reassurance to employees and visitors while you deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating company vehicles as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while on duty at the site.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain awareness of site activities.
  • Report any observed irregularities, suspicious activities, or security-related hazards to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as required.
  • Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and support a secure environment for staff and visitors.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Current Emergency Medical Technician certification is required.
  • Previous firefighting experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
