About The Job
As the Inventory Manager, you will join the Supply Chain team at our Ft Collins, CO office. Your role will have a significant impact on Anduril's business and mission, ensuring efficient material management and inventory flow to support production and business growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, ownership, and the ability to devise creative solutions to operational challenges in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Process shipping and receiving at the Fort Collins, CO location
- Ensure orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product for final distribution.
- Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
- Complete cycle counts and conduct all warehouse activities with inventory accuracy as a top priority
- Oversee the operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery for material handling.
- Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product.
- Arrange, coordinate, & manage shipments with courier services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production and distribution operations.
- Ensure accurate material movement and transaction records in the ERP system
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in shipping, receiving, and inventory management
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.Proven leadership experience in a supply chain or warehouse environment.Ability to work flexible hours, including 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as needed.Valid driver's license.Local to Ft Collins, CO.Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilitiesPreferred Qualifications
Experience with forklifts and other material handling equipment.Background in the defense / aerospace industry.Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other inventory control tools.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent office management tools.Expertise in Inventory Management through lot / serial / batch tracking.Experience with packaging and handling hazardous shipments.Exceptional customer service skills.Experience with assembly or inventory management of electro-mechanical productsExperience with ISO9001, AS9100, or other Quality Management SystemsAdaptability in fast-paced environments.Strong prioritization and task management skills.Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.Active secret or top-secret clearance within the last 5 years.US Salary Range $46,000 - $60,000 USD
