Closing : Open Until Filled / Specific $ 49,000 annually

Position Summary : This position has been funded under the existing CO-OP grant and is essential to maintaining the current level of service and ensuring stability as the program continues to support participants with serious mental illness diverted from the criminal justice system.
Job Description :
Manage the CO-OP docket.
Review eligibility screening and coordinate with Assistant District Attorney, defense counsel, and treatment providers.
Prepare court documents, maintain schedules, and ensure accurate and timely filings.
Monitor treatment compliance, maintain detailed case files, and coordinate with the assigned Navigator.
Track participant progress and prepare compliance reports for regular court reviews.
Support the Project Director in data collections, reporting, and evaluation.
Pendant diversion court matters such as speaking with victims, information requests from law enforcement, further investigation on statistics.
Minimum Requirements :
Employment : 1 year job experience (preferred)
High School Diploma
Knowledge and Skills : Job candidates must have maturity and excellent people skills, should be detail oriented, and enjoy working on a team and understand team dynamics. Data input numbers and names. Attendance and reliability are of the utmost importance.
Special Requirements / Prohibitions :
Must have a valid driver's license.
Honesty and Integrity.
Must pass criminal background check.
