Key Responsibilities

Provide statistical and financial analytical support for decision-making in strategic and operational efforts

Develop and implement standard analytical solutions to support organizational decision-making

Serve as a project manager and technical guide for cost savings and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related area

2 years of related experience in operations improvement, analytical studies, and project management

Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and methodologies

Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and exposure to statistical analysis software

Understanding of financial analytics and project management principles
