• With our competitive pay rate of $11-$12 per hour , you will be rewarded for your dedication and commitment to the well-being of our furry guests. You will be offered great benefits such as medical insurance, PTO, and 401K are just offered to FT employees.

DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

You will work shifts between the hours of 4 PM - 8 PM on weekdays and 9 AM - 4 PM on weekends . Schedules listed are typical - there are slight variations of those, but we try to work with (mostly minors) who are in school around their schedules .

As a part-time Junior Specialist, you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of exciting tasks that revolve around the care and well-being of our furry guests. From cleaning kennels and maintaining a pristine environment to providing general cleaning duties, you will play a crucial role in creating a comfortable and hygienic space for our canine visitors. Additionally, you will have the privilege of offering personalized care by brushing and bathing the dogs, ensuring they feel and look their best during their stay. Furthermore, you will have the chance to take our guests on leisurely walks, allowing them to stretch their legs and explore the beautiful surroundings. And for those pups in need of some extra pampering, you will even have the opportunity to provide soothing massages.

Top Dog Country Club is a world-renowned vacation club for dogs . . . NOT a kennel. . . located in New Germany, Minnesota, just 20 minutes West of Lake Minnetonka. Our vacation club supplies canines with a vacation of their own filled with fun activities including 5-6 hours of group play each day, and an active staff that works with dogs teaching them good social skills. We are experts in the hospitality industry with a founder who had more than 14 years of experience as a Vice President and veteran of Marriott International. Top Dog Country Club gives 10% of profits to Top Dog Foundation, for the rescue of "ElderPups" left behind when an owner is no longer able to care for them.
