Salary : $104,000 $140,000 plus annual incentive bonus

Requirements to Apply

Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred (or enrolled, with completion within 3 years)

Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact-eligible state

Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience

Demonstrated success in operational and strategic leadership, team development, and change management

Experience in inpatient nursing operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership across four core service lines.
