Key Responsibilities
Serves as team lead and subject matter expert, assisting management and staff
Handles escalated complaints and ensures timely and efficient call responses
Monitors call quality and supports team members in delivering high-level patient service
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
General knowledge of office procedures and operations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
