We are recruiting for the following position :

• Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Medical Laboratory Technician - Posting #27371 Hourly Rate : $23.44 Position Summary : Full-time MLT position available for our Medical Clinic in Seattle, WA area.
• We are looking for a bilingual candidate that can speak English / Spanish.
• The ideal candidate will have proven excellent customer services skills, demonstrate enthusiastic and professional demeanor, and excel at multi-tasking while an integral part of the care team ensuring patient flow and providing quality patient care in a safe and timely manner.
• The Medical Laboratory Tech works under the direction of the Admin Lab Director.
• The MLT is responsible for performing phlebotomy, diagnostic laboratory test, x-ray procedures (after DOH WA State certified), and electrocardiograms-spirometry (after training) to assist in diagnosing and treating patient’s diseases and conditions.
• Recognizes unexpected results and instrument malfunction and takes appropriate action.
• Must be able to analyze the situation and problem solve.
• Work closely with providers, nursing staff and other clinic personnel to ensure the smooth running of the department.
• All applicants who have attended a non-territories United States educational institution must have a US license.
• If applicable foreign translation and credential evaluation is required.
