Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sanitary Pipe Welder to join our team in Davidson, NC, 28036. In this role, you will be responsible for the fabrication and installation of sanitary piping systems used in various industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. Responsibilities

  • Perform welding and fabrication of sanitary piping systems according to industry standards and specifications.
  • Experience wedling stainless steel pipe
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
  • Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards through thorough inspection and testing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and repairing existing piping systems as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in welding technology.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a pipe welder, preferably in sanitary or hygienic applications.
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with various welding processes, including TIG and MIG.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Welding certification is preferred but not required.
