Data Governance Analyst

A company is looking for a Data Governance Analyst, responsible for managing data governance initiatives in a remote, full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Support federal healthcare programs, ensuring compliance and effective data management

Produce documentation for reporting to executive-level stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical, and administrative stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3 years of relevant experience, particularly with federal healthcare programs

Knowledge of industry-standard data management frameworks (e.g., DAMA DMBOK, DCAM, CMMI)

Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid project management frameworks

Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
