Site Superintendent Construction Projects

We are seeking a highly capable Site Superintendent to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across multiple job sites, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Develop and execute site logistics plans to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and coordinate project documentation, including RFIs, CCDs, bulletins, and addendums.
• Manage labor hours, equipment usage, and material deliveries with precision.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct on-site orientations to maintain a zero-incident environment.
• Supervise and support site teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain accurate schedules and deliverables.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and ensure timely invoice submissions.
• Coordinate inspections, procure blueprints, and oversee all phases of constructionfrom remodels to ground-up builds.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety standards and perform erosion control inspections.
• Manage third-party testing agencies as needed.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00 / yr.
