Site Superintendent Construction Projects
We are seeking a highly capable Site Superintendent to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations across multiple job sites, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Develop and execute site logistics plans to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Lead pre-construction meetings and coordinate project documentation, including RFIs, CCDs, bulletins, and addendums.
- Manage labor hours, equipment usage, and material deliveries with precision.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct on-site orientations to maintain a zero-incident environment.
- Supervise and support site teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain accurate schedules and deliverables.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Monitor budgets, track costs, and ensure timely invoice submissions.
- Coordinate inspections, procure blueprints, and oversee all phases of constructionfrom remodels to ground-up builds.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety standards and perform erosion control inspections.
- Manage third-party testing agencies as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel.OSHA 30-Hour certification, Fall Protection Training, and other relevant safety credentials.Preferred Experience
Experience in commercial, educational, recreational, and retail construction projects.Familiarity with Autodesk software is a plus.Work Environment & Perks

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00 / yr.
