LPN / RN Pediatric Home Care (Verona) Full Time Overnight

Job Title : Private Duty LPN / RN (Pediatric In-Home Care)

Schedule : Overnights (Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday)

About the Position :

We are seeking a LPN / RN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a 16-year-old female patient in Verona, PA. The patient is supported by a warm and welcoming family in an excellent home environment. This is a meaningful opportunity for a nurse looking to make a lasting difference through ongoing, personalized care.

Responsibilities Include :

Seizure monitoring

Medication administration

Assisting with all  Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Monitoring and documentation

Communicating with family and healthcare team

Available Shifts :

Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday : 10 : 00 PM - 8 : 30 AM

Qualifications :

Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania

CPR certification

Home care or private duty experience preferred

Reliable, compassionate, and skilled in patient care
