LPN / RN Pediatric Home Care (New Kensington) Full Time Evenings

Job Title : Private Duty LPN / RN (Pediatric In-Home Care)

About the Position :

We are currently hiring a dedicated LPN / RN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 7-year-old male child in the New Kensington area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include :

Monitoring seizures

Medication administration

Monitoring vitals

Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the child

Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort

Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Schedule :

Monday - Thursday : 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 30 AM

Friday : 1 : 30 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Qualifications :

Current LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

Pediatric experience

CPR certification (preferred)

Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered

Reliable transportation
