This individual will act as the Owner's representative through the duration of a construction project, providing top notch program management and customer service from programming to closeout.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensures owner's satisfaction & success of assigned projects
• Strives to exceed customer expectations by ensuring all communication to customers is responsive, respectful, and solutions-oriented
• Ensures construction complies with established contract, safety & budget requirements along with local, state, and federal laws
• Commits to continuously improving the quality and value of service provided to customers
• Works safely in a construction environment and fully tours construction sites in order to monitor progress and adherence to the projects' construction documents
• Contributes to a safe work environment by quickly reporting accidents and unsafe working conditions
• Performs other duties as assigned
