Construction Project Manager
Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful execution. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to maintain project alignment and progress. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
