Job Description

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial projects on time and within budget.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and local building codes.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

The Successful Applicant

Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with plans and specifications.

Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.

Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites.

Facilitate regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.

Resolve project-related issues quickly and effectively to keep the project on track.

Conduct site inspections and manage project documentation, including change orders and RFIs.
