MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Assistant to join a growing hardwood flooring manufacturing company. in Orange, CA.

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM. Must be available for overtime.

Requirements for Operations Assistant- Hardwood Flooring Manufacturing :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations and logistics
  • Must pass the E-Verify requirement
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
  • Forklift certification a plus (not required)
  • Willingness to learn manufacturing and operations processes
  • Prior experience in roles such as Production Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Inventory Control Assistant, Sample Department Assistant, and Manufacturing Associate is a plus!

    • Responsibilities of the Operations Assistant – Hardwood Flooring Manufacturing :

  • Support day-to-day operations across factory and office environments
  • Pack, label, and prepare product samples for shipment
  • Pull and organize materials needed for sample production
  • Operate material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
  • Assist with inventory tracking and material restocking
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and office teams to meet daily goals
  • Inspect and approve finished samples for quality and accuracy
