Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveAccount & Operations Support Specialistto join our team. In this role, you will support both operations and account management by assisting with the onboarding of new facilities, coordinating courier and phlebotomy schedules, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with the onboarding and management of new facilities
• Support account managers with client and facility needs
• Coordinate courier and phlebotomy route schedules
• Provide administrative and operational support across departments
• Maintain and organize scheduling tools (including Monday.com)
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or operational issues
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for clients and team members
