What You'll Do

Your future starts here! A Production Manager (Injection Molding) at Royal will lead their manufacturing team in safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Based out of our Quincy facility in Hudsonville, MI, this position reports directly to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Provide expectations, accountability, and direction to approximately 9 Supervisors (3 departments x3 shifts)

Indirect reports include Supervisors, Injection Molding Set-Up Technicians, Molding Operators
