Our 100+ employee-owners sell, service and support our equipment offerings to a variety of customers encompassing a 6-state midwestern territory. We are seeking a customer service oriented and dependable team player for our Dispatcher position located in Fenton, MO.

Title : Dispatcher

Location : Fenton, MO (Headquarters)

Job Type : Full-Time (On-Site)

What You Will Do :

  • Troubleshoot and document service issues
  • Dispatch service technicians
  • Interact with customers and field technicians via our call center
  • Monitor service orders and keep customers informed throughout the service process for timely response and exemplary customer satisfaction
  • Act as a team player by assisting with other duties as assigned

    • What you will bring :

  • 3+ years previous customer service experience. Previous dispatch experience strongly preferred. Experience working in the HVAC industry a plus!
  • Positive and upbeat attitude with a professional phone demeanor
  • Ability to remain confident and self-controlled during peak times
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
  • Computer proficient including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work on site 100%
  • Impeccable work ethic
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
