A company is looking for an Account Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in Active Directory and other systems
Managing group memberships, permissions, and role-based access controls
Performing periodic audits of user accounts and troubleshooting account-related issues
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in IT support, identity & access management, or account services
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user provisioning
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and SaaS platforms
Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and IAM principles
