This role requires someone who can build processes while maintaining the collaborative spirit that drives our success.

No prior knowledge of the specialty tax industry is required, but preference will be given to those who come to us with industry experience. Candidates will develop and grow their skillset by working closely with the firms shareholders, technical practice line leaders, and experienced sales professionals. Key Responsibilities :
- Process Architecture : Design and implement marketing systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures that enable consistent, scalable execution
- Execution Leadership : Drive marketing initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables reach market
- Team Development : Manage and mentor two marketing coordinators, providing structure and accountability while supporting their growth
- Strategic Implementation : Translate high-level marketing strategy into actionable plans with clear timelines and measurable outcomes
- Quality Assurance : Establish checkpoints and review processes that maintain our high standards while accelerating delivery speed

Reports to CMO and manages Digital Marketing Specialist and Marketing Coordinator
What you will need :
A completed bachelors degree in Marketing or a related fieldPrior experience within a B2B sales / marketing function5+ years of experience in a marketing or leadership role; experience in a professional services environment is desirableNo prior experience with tax credits is necessary but is a bonusAbility to execute with consistency and strong strategic planningStrong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong professionalism and decorum at all timesExperienced in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPointExperience in Hubspot is strongly preferredExperience in Adobe, Photoshop, and Canva requiredA valid United States drivers license and reliable transportationWho we are : McGuire Sponsel is a national specialty tax consulting firm that has experienced tremendous growth while serving leading accounting firms and businesses across the country.
