We are hiring for a RN Clinical Manager / Field Registered Nurse Hybrid with Home Health Experience in Waldorf. This is not a remote position, but is a hybrid role where the RN Clinical Manager will work in the office on certain days during the week and the remaining days in the field.

Responsibilities

The Home Health Patient Care Manager  is responsible for the supervision and coordination of clinical services and provides and directs provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
