A company is looking for a Director, Portfolio and Delivery Leadership in the Finance Transformation Office.
Key Responsibilities :
Define and operationalize the Finance Transformation portfolio governance model
Lead a team of portfolio and delivery leads to ensure consistent program execution
Develop portfolio management frameworks and drive executive reporting for decision-making
Required Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in Transformation, Program Management, or Portfolio Leadership
Proven success in leading enterprise portfolios or major cross-functional transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of finance processes and enterprise transformation dynamics
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Expertise in portfolio management and program execution frameworks
