What Your Responsibilities Will Be :

Customer Relationships : Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating "Customers for Life."

Crawl Space Inspections & Service : Perform detailed inspections of crawl spaces before and after job completion to ensure work meets Northwest standards.

Documentation & Standards : Accurately complete all service-related documentation and ensure work aligns with Northwest procedures and quality expectations

Team Development : You will lead and develop your team with proper training & leadership

Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure quarterly physical counts are up to date.

Customer Problem-Solving : Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Work Safely and Efficiently : Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles. Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards.

Collaborate for Excellence : Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed :

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Must be at least 18 years of age

Valid driver's license required

Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment :

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations :

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.)

Ability to lead and work with a team

Ability to work in all weather conditions
