Job Title : Supply Chain Project Manager

Location : Tampa, FL

Type : Full time

Our client is looking for a strategic thinker and problem-solver to lead key initiatives that elevate our supply chain performance. In this role, youll shape data-driven solutions, improve efficiency, and drive innovation across planning, fulfillment, and operations.

What Youll Do

  • Lead demand planning and fulfillment strategies across B2B and B2C channels
  • Identify opportunities to optimize inventory, improve product flow, and boost service levels
  • Partner with teams to enhance forecasting and planning processes
  • Monitor and analyze key inventory KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Strengthen predictive models and support the shift toward demand-driven fulfillment
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth supply chain execution
  • Use analytics to uncover insights and guide strategic decisions

What You Bring

  • Proven track record in driving impactful supply chain improvements
  • Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
  • Proficiency in tools like JDA, SQL, Power BI, VBA, and Excel
  • Bachelors degree required; Masters or PMP certification preferred
