A company is looking for a Manager of Wealth Management Service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of licensed financial advisors, providing coaching and performance feedback
Implement and monitor the client service journey to ensure exceptional experiences
Enhance service delivery processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
Required Qualifications
CFP or IQFP designation required; CPA is a valuable asset
CIM or CFA designation required
7+ years of experience in wealth management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing client service teams
Strong understanding of financial planning and investment management principles
