The Senior Producer will join a fast-moving creative studio to help build performance-first campaigns and content systems for brands across culture, media and the creator economy. This role combines smart creativity with tactical execution, producing work that's thumb-stopping and data-driven. You'll bring creative instinct and operational rigour to the table, owning projects end-to-end by managing timelines, feedback loops and deliverables, coordinating creators and editors, and ensuring every asset meets the creative, brand and performance standards this team is known for.

We want to speak to meticulous Freelance Senior Producers who are based in NYC and have sharp instincts for social storytelling across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

You'll be ready to take the lead on production across multiple social-first campaigns, collaborating with those around you to bring great ideas to life. Our ideal candidate will be able to balance creativity with structure, ensuring ideas are executed flawlessly, on time, and to brief.
