HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC / R systems. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in both residential and commercial settings. The HVAC Technician will work independently in the field, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively. Residential and Light Commercial experience required.

• Duties
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC / R systems.
• Diagnose issues using tools such as an ohmmeter and other diagnostic equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot problems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment.
• Repair or replace defective parts, including compressors, motors, and other components.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for each job.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Requirements
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus.
• Experience in field service environments preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency in welding techniques is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Service Titan CRM Is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of VRF Systems is a plus but not required.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week
