Clinical Training Manager

Overview

The Clinical Training Manager oversees the training, onboarding, and ongoing education of clinical and non-clinical Care Management staff with a focus on utilization management workflows and the effective use of clinical information systems, including Jiva. This role ensures high-quality performance by building staff competency, supporting system adoption, and aligning training programs with organizational and departmental goals. As a working manager, this position provides hands-on training, manages training initiatives, develops content, and supports performance improvement in partnership with clinical leadership. The manager also serves as a key liaison with IT, system administrators, and quality teams to ensure training materials reflect current workflows, compliance requirements, and system updates.

Education & Licensure

• Education : Nursing degree, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical healthcare field (preferred)
• AA degree in an allied health professional field (required)
• Licensure : Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (preferred) can be active or non-active but must be in good standing.
• Allied health professional background (PT / OT / SLP etc.) (minimum requirement).

Compensation & Benefits

This remote role is based in the United States. Compensation range : $95k - $115,000. Cost of labor by city and state is taken into consideration.
