Overview
The Clinical Training Manager oversees the training, onboarding, and ongoing education of clinical and non-clinical Care Management staff with a focus on utilization management workflows and the effective use of clinical information systems, including Jiva. This role ensures high-quality performance by building staff competency, supporting system adoption, and aligning training programs with organizational and departmental goals. As a working manager, this position provides hands-on training, manages training initiatives, develops content, and supports performance improvement in partnership with clinical leadership. The manager also serves as a key liaison with IT, system administrators, and quality teams to ensure training materials reflect current workflows, compliance requirements, and system updates.

This remote role is based in the United States. Compensation range : $95k - $115,000. Cost of labor by city and state is taken into consideration.
