We are in search of a hardworking, self-motivated, and experienced individual who is looking for a full-time, year round opportunity to join Renewal by Andersen; the number one window manufacturer in the country.

Responsibilities :

• Developing and managing all processes related to the service and warranty department
• Maintain strong communication with technicians and scheduling coordinators
• Manage customer satisfaction
• Other job duties as assigned by leadership
