As a Sales Manager, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans using a framework tailored to prospective clients. Your role involves identifying customer needs and presenting cost-effective solutions that align with financial targets and sales objectives. Additionally, you will build initial economic models for prospects using key metrics.

Responsibilities

• Leverage sales tools including pitch decks, presentation templates, and service offerings.
• Identify customer needs and present cost-effective solutions.
• Build initial economic models for prospects using key metrics.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key personnel.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
• Partner with dealers and installers to recommend optimal product solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer interests.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in current and emerging markets.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and loyalty programs.
• Facilitate smooth transitions of new accounts to Area Account Managers.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Provide updates to leadership on sales activities and forecasted closings.
• Utilize platforms such as CRM and Concur to streamline sales processes.

Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and problem-solving skills. You will utilize Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms to manage sales processes. You will also represent the company at industry events and trade shows, staying informed on market trends.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Mandan, North Dakota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00 / yr.
