A company is looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a US-based inside sales team, setting goals and evaluating performance
Qualify inbound leads through outbound calls, SMS, email, and other tools
Manage and own the sales pipeline while becoming a product expert
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of phone sales experience in an inside or outbound sales role
Residency in Orlando
Prior experience as a Team Lead and People Manager is preferred
Experience in technology / SaaS sales, particularly with small business clients
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM for sales process management
