Work on multiple tasks or projects of medium size complexity. -Leadership and Mentorship: Act as asubject matter expertand coach more junior staff. Perform code review to ensure standards are adhered to. Mentor in coding best practices, configuration best practices, technical design, and quality assurance. -Solution Development: Collect required information to develop work scope around solutions to meet customer requirements. Communicate systems and procedural changes to end users through excellentwritten and oral communications. Lead small work components related to projects. -Assessment and Problem-Solving: Assess situations, determine the problem(s), and propose solutions that provide value to the business. Support and sometimes drive the definition of project requirements by identifyingproject milestonesphases, andelements. Assist with project budget needs. Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions as directed. -Requirements Documentation: Gather and document business requirements inbusiness requirements documents (BRD).
