VPG is seeking a Western Territory Sales Manager to join our MicroMeasurment Sales Teams. This position will cover the Western US territory.
In this role, you will :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or scientific field preferred.
MUST reside in the assign position territory : California or Oregon .
7–10 years of experience in local sales account management.
Proven track record in technical solution selling; electronics / sensors industry a plus.
Consistent achievement of sales targets and development of strategic accounts.
Ability to translate complex technical products into customer value.
Skilled in sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, and CRM tools.
Knowledge of market analysis and go-to-market strategy development.
Demonstrated leadership and initiative in driving business objectives.
Highly organized with strong administrative capabilities.
Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
Proven success in building and maintaining strategic customer relationships.
