A company is looking for a Systems Engineer II to provide technical support to executives and their assistants.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshoot issues for top executives and their assistants
Collaborate with teams to define processes, evaluate hardware, and enhance systems functionality
Monitor system performance and ensure successful project implementation and end-user support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience
2-4 years of related experience in a technical support role
Knowledge of Windows and Office applications, particularly Outlook
Experience with Service Now or other ticketing systems
A+ or Windows certification preferred
