Overview

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., a national defense law firm with a national multi-office presence, seeks Florida-licensed attorneys with an interest in learning Workers' Compensation defense for our Tampa, FL office. We are open to hiring and training attorneys who have no experience.

Responsibilities

  • Review and prepare summaries of medical records
  • Prepare motions
  • Cover hearings
  • Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions

Qualifications

  • Admitted to practice in the State of Florida
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent research abilities and written and oral communication skills
