Healthcare Marketing & Operations Manager

Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and strategic Healthcare Marketing & Operations Manager to support a rapidly growing medical practice in Long Beach, CA. The practice encompasses four outpatient specialty centers and a hospital-based program affiliated with MemorialCare Miller Children's Hospital.

This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing patient care delivery, and spearheading marketing initiatives that fuel practice growth. The ideal candidate will be both operationally savvy and creatively driven, with a passion for healthcare innovation and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations across multiple sites
• Streamline workflows and processes to improve efficiency and patient experience
• Oversee provider credentialing and re-credentialing for hospital privileges, insurance contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with financial teams on budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Manage a small team : 3 front-line staff, a Lead Medical Assistant, and a Medical Receptionist

Marketing & Outreach :

Position paying between $40-55 / HR
